Product recall
Product recall is a voluntary action by the company to recall a contaminated product. After recalling the product the company will decide on whether to replace the product or to stop selling the product.

To save the reputation of the company
Types of hazard
Class 1 : Class 1 hazard is classified under the circumstances that by eating the product, will result in a serious health effect on or even lead to death.
Class 2: Class 2 hazard involves the product to have potential health effects on the consumers
Class 3: Class 3 hazard involves a situation where there are no potential health hazard
